Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, donors and granting organizations, this is an entirely free series of events! Your donations before and during the festival will, however, be gratefully accepted. The only ticketed event is the Jazz Brunch being planned for 11:00 on Sunday. You can purchase tickets for the brunch here.
Chairs or blankets are welcome for the outdoor venues (Saturday on the Town Common and surrounding area, and Sunday at the Firehouse Museum and Library). Of course, the indoor venues have their own built-in seating.
Please DO NOT bring pets (see below), alcohol (we’ve got you covered with local craft beer and wine), glass containers, tents, umbrellas (the small handheld variety is okay in case of showers), drugs & drug paraphernalia, weapons of any kind, or fireworks. But you knew that.
We love our furry friends, but the concerts need to feel safe and comfortable for everyone, so please leave them at home. Service animals assisting someone with a disability are permitted. Emotional support animals (ESA’s) are not.
Water is allowed, but please no other food or drink indoors.
There is ample parking within a 5-10 minute walk of all venues on both Saturday and Sunday. Parking in parking lots on the Mount Holyoke Campus on Saturday will be allowed. Please do not park on campus streets.
All venues are accessible with accessible parking as well.
Showcase South Hadley is a rain or shine event, so feel free to bring a small hand held umbrella or a poncho if it looks gloomy. We plan to dance regardless of weather.
Yes, we need your help! If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the application here.
