Formed in 2009, the Midlife Crisis Band was formed by Bob Brown, (lead guitar / vocals) Mike Hylemon, (rhythm guitar / vocals) Billy Methot (vocals / acoustic guitar) and Gene Trotter (bass guitar / vocals. The additions of keyboardist Ken Duda and drummers Jim Cote and Bill McManus would round out the band. Heavily influenced by the Allman Brothers Band, MLC features much of their music along with blues based '70's rock by the likes of Steely Dan, early Chicago, Rolling Stones and Tom Petty, to name a few.
