Olive Benito is a musical theater performer and Klezmer vocalist, studying Yiddish language and Ethnomusicology at Mount Holyoke College and through the Yiddish Book Center. She is excited to share some lively Yiddish folk songs with the South Hadley community. With translations and transliterated lyrics available, the audience will be invited to learn a few verses and sing along! This performance will be suitable for all ages, and no knowledge of the Yiddish language will be required for participation.
